Every time I fished for a bobby pin or a lipstick from the bottom of my bag, I promised to myself that it would be the last time and that I would definitely make a bag to put them in. Of course it took me a while to make it happen, but now it's ready and I can show it to you.
I use a 4 mm crochet hook and worsted cotton yarn, but you can use any type if yarn and hook size. To make it more interesting I use the bobble stitch. The bag’s dimensions are 14×10 cm.
Instructions for the bobble stitch:
Step 1: Yarn over and insert the hook in the next stitch, yarn over and draw up a loop, you will have 3 loops on the hook. Yarn over and pull up through 2 loops, you will have 2 loops on the hook.
Step 2: Yarn over and insert the hook in the same stitch, yarn over and draw up l loop, you will have 4 loops on the hook. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops, you will have 3 loops on the hook.
Step 3, 4 and 5: Repeat step 2 until you have 6 loops on the hook.
Step 6: Yarn over and pull through all 6 loops.
Instructions for the bag:
Step 1: Chain 21
Step 2: Chain 1, turn. ! single crochet in the second stitch from hook. *1 bobble stitch, 1 single crochet* repeat until the end of the row.
Step 3: Chain 1, turn. 1 single crochet in each stitch.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you reach the desire length.
Fasten off.
You can make it bigger by adding more chains in the starting chain and/or more rows. When you finished crocheting fold it in half and sew the sides.
Finally sew a zipper on the top side and if you like it you can make a lining.

Happy crocheting!
