All orders are dispatched through Hellenic ELTA Courier, to any part of Greece.
Orders beyond Greece
We ship your purchases within the EU (outside the United Kingdom), by ELTA mail, A priority and registered or parcel, depending on the shipping zone and the total weight.
Your orders are packaged and shipped within 2 days (Monday to Friday) from the purchase date. According to our delivery service, times are as follow:
- ELTA Courier 1-3 Days
- ΕLΤΑ International Mail 3-5 days
Due to increased workload on our delivery service provider due to COVID, there might be some delays.
Our store accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card (through National Bank of Greece)
- Direct Bank Transfer (through National Bank of Greece)
- Credit/Debit card(through Viva Wallet)
- COD (for domestic clients)
All our transactions are encrypted and secured under a valid SSL certificate, and payments take place in the payment gateway you choose during checkout, with complete security.
Orders and returns
How can I place an order;
You can place an order exclusively through our website. We do not operate a retail store.
Do I need to create an account?
You can use a Guest account, or you could register you own account and enjoy all the benefits that come along, such as ease of future orders, access to your order history, possible promotional or loyalty discounts to registered clients.
You can track your order progress through your order management, in your account panel. Alternatively you could use the tracking number you received electronically during shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any point during the process, before order confirmation. After payment, you can cancel your order during the same calendar date, by contacting us through e-mail at email@example.com or by calling us on (+30) 6996812766. Payment is returned through the gateway you chose during checkout.
You have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days. Products should be unopened, and in their initial state, and should not have been used in any way. They should be accompanied by their purchase receipt. Payment is returned through the gateway you chose during checkout, within a calendar week. In case of COD payment, a bank deposit will be made in a bank account of your choice. The client handles all related expenses.
In case replacement in warranted due to proven defect or mistake on our part, all related replacement or return expenses are handled by us.
Refusal to accept
In case of refusal to receive the order, the buyer is obliged to deposit the shipping costs. The company reserves the right not to execute a customer order with a history of repeated denials of receipt, cancellations and / or returns. In future orders the ‘cash on delivery’ option will not be accepted.
