General terms
Our company, under the trade mark KOUVARAKIA, which will henceforth be referred to as company, is a Greek sole proprietorship, registered with the Athens Chamber of Commerce with Registration Number 189250 and operates the online store www.kouvarakia.gr which will henceforth be referred to as a website.
The website provides visitors/ users/members with services related to its professional activity, ie it provides information about the products it contains, as well as the ability to use communication tools, search services, online ordering, etc.
Our company considers that the visitors/users/members of the website have read these terms of use and have accepted them unconditionally. How do we use your personal information?

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the feedback form as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser user string to help detect unwanted messages.
An anonymous string created by your email address (also called a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public within your comment box.
Media
If you upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and export any location data from images on the site.

Who do we share your information with
Google Analytics
Data Used: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased. Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events ) over to Google Analytics for consumption. Additional events sent to Google Analytics: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
How long do we keep your information?
Cookies will be stored for one year from the last use of the website, unless you delete them at will.
If you leave a comment, its content and metadata are retained indefinitely. This is done so that we can automatically recognize and approve the comments that follow, instead of keeping them in line.
For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data they enter in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except changing their username). The administrators of this site may also view and edit this information.
Rights you have on your data

The company bears no responsibility of timely product delivery in cases of force majeure, eg bad weather, strikes, etc.
The company reserves the right for any technical or typographical errors that may have occurred unintentionally or due to interruptions of the website due to force majeure. The company also has reservations about the performance of colors, as it is not possible to accurately render a natural color on the screen.
