I started this month with a different sock pattern in mind, but it wasn’t meant to happen, so I picked another instead and I’m so glad I did, I really love ankle socks.
The pattern is Rose City Rollers by Mara Catherine Bryner, and believe it or not it took me three days to knit them.
The pattern gives you two toe options to choose, one round and one square. Because every pattern I knit so far came with a square toe, I picked the round one this time, just to see if there is a difference in the fit.
The yarn is Drops Fabel in the candy colorway (print 901).
I was telling my husband one day that I want to buy sock blockers and a few days later he made me a pair! What can I say? When you are married to a 3d artist that owns a 3d printer has some benefits. Are they cute?
